Rango Smoothie (Raspberries & Mango) Created by Jesica

My favorite way to consume lots of nutrients in a short amount of time is to make a smoothie and throw in all kinds of goodies. I made one this morning that was very tasty, satisfying, and nutritious.

Here’s what in it: (measurements do not have to be exact- adjust them to your liking!)

1 ripe mango

1 handful of frozen raspberries (fresh is better if you have them on hand)

1 cup almond milk

1 Tbsp flax seeds

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp hemp protein powder (you can substitute another protein powder you have on hand)

2 Drops of stevia to add an extra touch of sweetness

Blend & slurp! 🙂
