Thank you to Anna of www.bestclarifyingshampoohq.com for this informative post she wrote for ROO!

“If you want to maintain your hair shiny and healthy, sometimes you need a clarifying treatment. But, why would you buy a clarifying shampoo when you can make it by yourself? Most stores have clarifying shampoos that can damage your hair with sulfates and other chemicals which will make your hair dry, not shiny. To avoid this, try natural clarifying shampoo with baking soda and apple vinegar.  It will be natural and cheap and the results will be the same, maybe even better! If you want to make your own clarifying shampoo, you can try this great recipe which is simple, easy and natural.

How to make this interesting recipe?

Two main ingredients are baking soda and apple vinegar. Those two things are known for their cleaning powers and they are used in many areas of our lives. No matter if you use clarifying shampoo from store for your shiny hair or you made it by yourself, don’t use it every week. It’s goal is to clean your hair from residue and you can damage your hair and scalp if you use it too often.

PART 1 – BAKING SODA

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of warm water

For this part you will need 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 cup of warm water and an empty bottle. In the beginning, dissolve 1 tablespoon of baking soda in warm water and pour that in that empty bottle you prepared. Now, use the bottle and put the mixture on your scalp and hair, but put it everywhere evenly. If you have very long hair and you feel like you haven’t reached the whole hair, do another mixture and apply it. Leave the mixture on your hair for 5 minutes, then you can rinse carefully with warm water. Make sure you have rinsed it completely, we don’t want any residue to stay.

PART 2 – APPLE VINEGAR

  • 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
  • 1 cup of warm water

For the second part you will need vinegar and warm water. You will need 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar and 1 cup of warm water. The principle is similar to the Part 1 with the baking soda. Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 cup of warm water and apply it to your hair and scalp. Again, make sure you have covered your scalp and your hair completely, we want the best results possible. Leave the mixture on your head for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water. Don’t use too cold water, I don’t want you to catch a cold. Now dry your hair and enjoy its new shiy and healthy look!

You have to remember to rinse two times, rinse baking soda with warm water and apple vinegar with cold water. You have to make the second rinse with cold water because it will close the cuticle with moisture inside. Also, vinegar and cold water will give your hair perfect shine and that is what we are looking for!”

  1. One of the main reasons that have led to the failure of other
diet plans when compared to HCG weight loss drops is that in HCG diet plan, there is no chance
that a patient will feel hungry because along with 500 calories a day, the patient is only allowed to have high protein meals
with rich fiber food which is why the patient won’t feel hungry and in fact they feel contented all
day. It is also known as human chorionic gonadotropin which is for regulating the development of the
embryo. This can give you a definite goal which can later on help you work hard during
exercise sessions and comply to a healthy diet.
