This Nut + Seed Chocolate Protein Smoothie recipe combines soaked nuts and seeds including almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds with protein powder for a delicious smoothie that is full of complete plant-based protein, healthy fats and a plethora of other essential nutrients. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Raw cacao
  • Coconut manna (butter)
  • Almonds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Goji berries
  • 1 serving of your favorite plant-based protein

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak the almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in water overnight.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  3. Garnish with goji berries.
  4. Enjoy!
